Athlete or not we all have muscles.  Our muscles help to move our body as they contract and release independently and in conjunction with other muscle groups.  Our muscles take on a big job and are often times pulled out of balance because of strain, irregular movement patterns, or pain.  This series concentrates on different muscle groups and can aid in soothing sore and tight muscles.
